Permission Management in the Admin Panel

Permission Management in the Admin Panel

InfoAccess to pages and functionality within the tripla admin panel is restricted based on assigned permissions.
Users who can access and operate the admin panel are referred to as administrators, accounts, or concierges.
⏱ Estimated Time: Adding accounts, changing email addresses or passwords can be completed in about 5 minutes.
AlertAccount & Email Address Rules
Only one permission level can be assigned per email address in the tripla admin panel.
If the error message "Email already exists" appears, that email already has permissions assigned elsewhere and cannot be used for new permission assignment.
Solution: Use a different email address to assign new permissions.

Brand Admin Panel vs. Property Admin Panel

The admin panel is divided into a brand admin panel and a property admin panel. The panel type is displayed at the top left corner of the screen.
Brand refers to the corporation, and the brand admin panel manages all properties under that corporation.
Property refers to each contracted location and has its own dedicated admin panel. Each property is associated under a brand.
