Chatbot Widget Settings

You can configure the chatbot’s appearance, name, icon image, and more.

Where to configure

In the facility management screen, go to Settings → Widget Settings → open the Chatbot Widget.

You can configure various settings in the chatbot settings screen and preview the changes on the right side as you make adjustments.



Chatbot Settings


You can choose to show or hide the chatbot.
To display the chatbot, JavaScript must be installed.



Customizing the Chat Widget



Click the arrow on the right side of each menu to display the options.

You can set the name and title displayed on the top bar when the chatbot is opened.

You can customize the colors of the top bar, text bubbles, chat icon, and text color.

Chat Icon
You can select an icon or upload a logo image to customize the chat icon.


Minimized Icon
You can minimize the icon by clicking the “−” button at the top right of the icon. The color when minimized can be customized.

Animation
The chatbot icon can be animated before opening to attract attention.
You can finely control the animation settings, including how many times it loops and when it stops.


Position

Speech Bubble and Chat Icon Position
You can configure the position of the chat icon’s speech bubble, the chat icon itself, and the chat window.

If the chat icon or speech bubble overlaps with buttons or links on your website, you can adjust their position and size accordingly.


Chat Open Code
You can set up codes to open the chatbot in three formats: link, button, and image.
By embedding these three types of codes, users can open the chat from anywhere on your website.

URL Filter
You can configure page filtering settings based on URLs and download QR codes.
With URL filtering, you can specify filters such as “exact match,” “contains,” “does not contain,” “starts with,” and “ends with” for designated URLs.

QR Code
You can display the chatbot by scanning a QR code.
If you want to display it on room flyers or similar materials, please use this QR code.

Upload
You can configure whether customers are allowed to upload images and files through the chat.
