Position Speech Bubble and Chat Icon Position You can configure the position of the chat icon’s speech bubble, the chat icon itself, and the chat window. If the chat icon or speech bubble overlaps with buttons or links on your website, you can adjust their position and size accordingly. | |
Chat Open Code You can set up codes to open the chatbot in three formats: link, button, and image. By embedding these three types of codes, users can open the chat from anywhere on your website. URL Filter You can configure page filtering settings based on URLs and download QR codes. With URL filtering, you can specify filters such as “exact match,” “contains,” “does not contain,” “starts with,” and “ends with” for designated URLs. QR Code You can display the chatbot by scanning a QR code. If you want to display it on room flyers or similar materials, please use this QR code. | |
