Copy Plan Details and Create a New Plan

Here is how to create a new plan by copying the contents of an existing one:

From the Property Management screen, go to [Reservation Engine Settings] → [Plans].

Click on the plan you want to copy, then click the Copy button located at the bottom of the screen.

The copied plan will have “copy” added to the beginning of the plan name. If unnecessary, please delete or revise it.

Be sure to review and update other details such as the plan description as needed.

From this point on, proceed as you would when creating a regular new plan.

⚠ Please note the following:

  • Automatic translation is not performed.
     You will need to translate the plan details manually, or contact tripla if translation support is required.

  • If option sales linked to the accommodation plan are turned OFF, the plan cannot be copied.

  • If you update the plan name, there may be a delay before the change is reflected in other language versions. During this time, the old plan name may still appear in non-Japanese languages.

  • If you're making significant updates—such as changes to meal conditions or discount rates—please clear the translated plan names or temporarily overwrite them with the new Japanese name before saving.

  • If you need the translated plan names updated urgently, please contact us via email.
