Here is how to modify the details of a plan:
From the Property Management screen, go to [Reservation Engine Settings] → [Plans].
Click on the plan you want to edit to open the editing screen.
For plans that have already been created, a [Display URL] field will appear.
This URL is based on the value set in [Settings] → [Property Information] → [Website Property URL], with the parameters appended after it.
To stop selling a plan, check [Stop Selling] in the Sales Status section, then click Save.
Note: Plans cannot be deleted.
If the room type or plan name is changed, the new name will no longer match the previously registered translations.
As a result, the existing translations in other languages will be temporarily removed, and the name will revert to Japanese only.
After the change, the tripla team will review the updated name and provide re-translations in the respective languages.
Before:
Ja: Standard Plan (Breakfast & Dinner Included)
En: Standard Plan (2 meals included)
After the Japanese name is changed to:
Ja: Standard Plan (Room Only)
En: Standard Plan (Room Only) (temporarily not translated)
The English translation will be restored once tripla reviews and reprocesses the updated name.
