Cancellation on the Customer Screen

This section explains the steps for users to cancel their hotel reservations.

Canceling from the Reservation Confirmation Email

Open the URL provided in the reservation confirmation email, which allows you to view, modify, or cancel your reservation.


On the reservation confirmation screen, please click [Cancel Reservation] located at the bottom left.


The reservation cancellation confirmation screen will be displayed.
The cancellation fee will be shown according to the cancellation policy.

Please select a cancellation reason, then click 「Cancel This Reservation.」


Once the cancellation is confirmed, a screen like the one below will be displayed.


A reservation cancellation email will be sent to the same email address as the reservation confirmation email.


Canceling from My Account

While logged in, go to 「Account」 and select 「Reservation List.」

Under 「Upcoming Reservations,」 you will see all currently confirmed reservations.

Select 「View Details」 for the reservation you wish to cancel.


On the reservation confirmation screen, please click 「Cancel Reservation」 located at the bottom left.


The reservation cancellation confirmation screen will be displayed.
The cancellation fee will be shown in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Please select a cancellation reason, then click 「Cancel This Reservation.」

If the reservation includes options, the cancellation screen will also display the cancellation status for those options.


Once the cancellation is confirmed, a screen like the one below will be displayed.


You can also confirm that the reservation has moved from "Upcoming" to "Canceled" on the member screen.
