Guide

If you have a Guide subscription, you can access the PDF version of the dashboard anytime.
The dashboard can be viewed from both the brand management screen and the facility management screen; however, the available sections differ between the two.
For details, please refer to the section titled “Differences Between the Brand Management Screen and Facility Management Screen Dashboards.”

Info
Dashboard Update Frequency: Updated every Monday
\*Since updates are applied individually, there is no fixed time; however, the last update time is displayed at the bottom left of the screen.

Dashboard Location:

In the Brand Management screen or Facility Management screen, navigate to Dashboard → tripla Guide → Guide (Brand) or Guide (Facility).)

Differences Between the Brand Management and Facility Management Dashboards:

The Brand Management dashboard allows you to view Guide data for all facilities linked to that brand, including usage status by each facility.

The Facility Management dashboard lets you view Guide data only for that specific facility, providing an overview of usage status by content.
*Note: The content usage overview is not displayed on the Brand Management dashboard.

Apart from the facility-specific usage status and content-specific usage status, all other items are the same.
The screen layout is also the same, and as shown in the above image, you can select the year and month of the data you want to view from the dropdown menus at the top of the screen.
Additionally, pressing the download button allows you to download the data in PDF format.

How to Read the Data

Definitions of key terms frequently appearing in the data, such as "Unique Users," "Sessions," and "Events," are as follows:

Average time spent per session (in seconds).
Calculated as: Total duration (seconds) ÷ Number of sessions.
Bounce Rate
The percentage of sessions that resulted in a bounce relative to the number of users.
Calculated as the number of bounces divided by the number of sessions.
*Bounce is defined as a user who scanned the Guide QR code but spent less than 10 seconds with it open, viewed fewer than 2 pages, and did not click on any content.
In other words, the user scanned the QR code but immediately closed it without using the content.

Additionally, if a content has a high number of unique users, it can be considered widely viewed, whereas a low number suggests the content is not being viewed much.
