The manuals for the admin panel are available on the Zohodesk Knowledge Base you are currently viewing.
You can access the relevant manual by clicking the question mark (?) icon at the top right of each admin screen.
For example, if you click the ? icon on the “Options” admin screen, the Options manual will open.
Manual Page Structure
1.Search Box
You can search for articles by entering a keyword in the search box.
If you don’t find the information you’re looking for and want to view the search results again, click “← Back to Search Results.”
You can also press Ctrl + F to search within the article. The matched terms will be highlighted, making it easier to locate the information.
2.Language Toggle
You can switch between different languages. As of April 2025, only Japanese and English are supported.
3.New Feature Announcements
Information about new features released from April 2025 onward is published here.
4.Product-Specific Manuals
Manuals are organized by product, such as tripla Book and tripla Bot.
They are also structured by admin screen level—Property Admin Screen and Brand Admin Screen.
Even if you're unsure which level the setting belongs to (Property or Brand), you can still find the relevant article by using the search box.
5.Table of Contents
You can also open articles using the table of contents on the right-hand side.
Each article also includes its own table of contents. Clicking on a section title will take you directly to that part of the article.
