
How Customers Can Download a Receipt for Accommodation Charges
Receipts can be issued from the 「Reservation Confirmation Screen」, but only for advance payments made by credit card.
※For on-site payments, please request the receipt directly from the property.
Receipts can be issued 「after 12:00 AM on the check-out date.」
There are no limits on the number of times a receipt can be issued, nor is there an expiration period for issuing receipts.
The language of the receipt will automatically change based on the customer's device settings.
If a reservation made with prepaid credit card is canceled and a cancellation fee is charged, a receipt for the cancellation fee can also be issued.
How to Issue a Receipt
① Access the Reservation Confirmation Screen via the link provided in the Reservation Confirmation Email sent to the customer.
② Click the "Download Receipt" button.
③ The receipt can be downloaded in PDF format.
You can change the billing name.
Please specify your preferred billing name before downloading the receipt.
※ There are no limits on the number of times a receipt can be issued, and no expiration date for issuing it.

※The receipt will include the names of both the property and tripla, Inc.
※The same fields will always be displayed on the receipt, regardless of any promotional discounts or point usage.
When reissued, “Reissued (x time)” will appear below the issue date.

The following is an example of a receipt for a reservation made with multi-currency payment.
・Example 1: Reservation made in Japanese using multi-currency payment (USD)
・Example 2: Reservation made in English using multi-currency payment (USD)

If the user is registered through a membership program, it is also possible to pre-register the billing name for the receipt.
Regarding Receipt Content Modification
Please note that it is not possible to modify the receipt content in the following ways:
・Issuing the receipt by day
・Issuing the receipt by room
・Changing the currency from the one used at the time of booking
(e.g., changing a multi-currency reservation from USD to JPY)
