Select the dates for which you want to retrieve prices.
Property Management Screen → Settings → Best Rate Settings → OTA Price Retrieval Settings
When you open the OTA Price Retrieval Settings, a list of OTAs from which prices can be retrieved is displayed.
Clicking on each OTA name will open the corresponding OTA price retrieval settings page.
Select the dates for which you want to retrieve prices.
Retrieval of consecutive-night plans is not supported.
Due to current specifications, prices for plans requiring bookings of two or more consecutive nights cannot be retrieved.
Therefore, if the OTA only offers multi-night plans requiring stays of two nights or more, the prices cannot be obtained.
Clicking “Retrieve” will enable price retrieval within approximately 5 minutes.
After OTA price retrieval is complete, the dropdown for “OTA Room Code/Name” will display the room types sold on the OTA.
Select the room type that corresponds to the same room type sold on tripla that you want to link.
After selecting, the [Link Plan] button will appear to the right. This completes the room type linking.
Click “Link Plan” to display the list of plans.
On the right side, click “Select OTA Plan” to display the “Selected Plans,” then check the boxes under “OTA Plan ID.”
Click the [Select] button to complete the linking. The “Select OTA Plan” button on the original screen will then change to “Change Selection.”
Checking “Show Only Active Plans” allows you to filter the search to plans currently on sale.
Since plans are linked to each other, you can link multiple plans at once.
The display differs between overseas OTAs and domestic OTAs, so please be careful when linking.

Please link plans based on the plan names.
If rooms or plans are changed on the OTA side, automatic detection is not possible, so please update the linking in the management screen yourself.
Note: OTA prices are generally updated every 24 hours but this is not guaranteed.
Note: Prices displayed in foreign currencies may differ from those shown on the OTA.
Note: Since this service retrieves prices displayed on the screen, prices that are hidden (as shown in the image below) will not be retrieved. Please be aware of this limitation.
Q: Why does a room type that should be sold not appear in the dropdown selection?
A: Only room types sold on the OTA for the specified check-in dates set as the target will be linked. If no rooms are sold for the target dates, they won’t be reflected, so please perform price retrieval again for dates when inventory is available.
Only room types with a minimum occupancy of 1 or 2 persons can be retrieved. Room types with a minimum occupancy of 3 or more cannot be retrieved.
Note: Once a room type is retrieved, it will not disappear even if you change the retrieval date, so it is recommended to retrieve for several days in a row.
Q: Why do some plans not appear in the price comparison with Rakuten Travel?
A: Linking is not performed by room type name.
If the same room type is sold separately by number of guests, such as for 1 or 2 persons, only the 1-person room can be linked. The system determines whether it is the same room type based on text matching.
When room types are divided by features such as upper floor or lower floor, if the boxed parts of the text perfectly match, the system may judge them as the same room type and they may not appear in the dropdown.
In such cases, adding text like “upper floor” or “lower floor” in the description will help distinguish the room types, and they will appear as selectable options.
