Here is how to configure bulk editing for plans:
From the Brand Management screen, go to [Reservation Engine Settings] → [Plan Management].
From the [Reservation Engine Settings] dropdown menu, select your Site Controller.
Once you select a site controller, the applicable plans will be displayed.
By checking the boxes on the left side of the plans, the [Bulk Update] button at the top right of the screen will become clickable.
When you click [Bulk Update], a panel will appear on the right side of the screen where you can select the items you want to modify.
When you uncheck [No Change] for each item, input fields will appear where you can enter the updated values.
The entered content will replace the existing content—it will not be added to it.
If you want to add to the current content (e.g., when updating tags), please include both the existing and new content in the input field.
After entering the updated content, click [Update Plans] to apply the changes.
The result of the plan update will be displayed at the top of the screen.
If a plan update fails, an error message will be displayed.
When an error message appears, only the affected plan will not be updated.
The following items cannot be modified through bulk editing:
Plan Options
Child Rate Settings
Plan Photos
Room Type Selection
Applicable Promotions
Applicable Standard Options
