Click “+ New Promotion.”
An alert will be displayed to request your agreement to the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and regulations regarding double pricing (once every two weeks).

Promotion Name
Enter the name of the promotion you want to set. The promotion name will be displayed above the price. |
Regular Promotion | |||||
Payment PromotionThis promotion applies to reservations made with credit card prepayment. Note: Only one “Payment Promotion” can be created per brand. It cannot be set individually for each property. It can be applied simultaneously with “Regular Promotions” and “Coupon Codes.” When combined, it will be displayed as shown. | |||||
Coupon CodeThis type applies a discount when a coupon code is entered. It can be used in newsletters, social media, and other promotions. For details, please also refer to the section at the bottom of this page titled “Settings for Coupon Codes.” Only one coupon code can be applied at a time, but it can be combined with a “Regular Promotion.” When combined, it will be displayed as shown. | On the customer information input screen, entering a coupon code and pressing "Apply" will apply the discount. Coupon codes can be either custom words of your choice or randomly generated. Note: Only alphanumeric characters are allowed. How to Apply Coupons Manually enter the coupon code: By entering the set coupon code on the “Customer Information Input Screen,” a discount will be applied to the plan price. Default Coupon Application:You can set a coupon to be automatically applied and display the discounted price on the search results screen. Only one default coupon promotion can be applied per brand. Note: This is useful for cases like nationwide travel campaigns or coupons valid for only one day (e.g., opening celebrations). Only one coupon set with “Apply coupon by default” will be displayed on the search screen. The promotion with the lowest price will be applied. |
Membership Program Membership Rank | Target Users (Required) Select the target audience for the promotion from the dropdown menu. Choosing “All Users” will apply the promotion even to non-members who are not logged in. Other options display membership programs that are currently active and registered. When you select a membership program, the [Member Rank Conditions] section will appear, allowing you to choose applicable ranks. |
Applicable Sales Period (Optional) This is the period during which reservations can be made using the promotion. If there are no restrictions, you can leave this field blank. | |
Applicable Stay Period (Optional) This is the period during which stays can be made using the promotion. The promotion applies only if the customer’s reservation start date (check-in) and end date (check-out) fall within this period. If there are no restrictions, you can leave this field blank. | |
Excluded Dates (Optional) This becomes available when both the applicable sales period and stay period are entered. It specifies the exclusion period during which the promotion does not apply. If there are no restrictions, you can leave this field blank. Start Date: Based on checkout date End Date: Based on check-in date Example: To exclude the period from December 30 to January 3, set the start date as 2025-12-31 and the end date as 2026-01-03. |
All Plans The promotion can be applied to all existing plans as well as any plans created in the future. This option is convenient when you do not want to set restrictions for individual plans. | |
Plan Selection A list of plans will be displayed, allowing you to select specific plans to which the promotion will apply. Note: Up to 30 plans are displayed per page.。 | |
Select Plans to Exclude By selecting plans to exclude and saving, the promotion will be applied to all plans except those selected. |
