Promotion Email Settings

When this setting is enabled, you can ask non-member guests whether they wish to receive promotional emails.

Where to Configure

Brand Management Screen → Settings → Reservation Engine → Promotion Email Settings



When you turn the Enable button ON, the following message will appear on the guest information input screen.


This message can be edited in the text input field on the Promotion Email Settings screen.

Since this setting is intended to obtain consent from non-members, the message will not be displayed when a member is logged in.
For members, consent is obtained during the membership registration process.


Default to Consent

If you check Default to Consent, the checkbox on the guest information input screen will be pre-selected by default.
(Please note that it may take a few minutes for the change to take effect.)

Sending an Opt-Out Link

If you check Send opt-out link in reservation confirmation email, an opt-out link will be included in the confirmation email sent to non-members who agreed to receive promotional emails.
