Facilities using TL Lincoln cannot use this feature.

Configuration Instructions

Click [Add extras] or select an existing option, then choose Inclusive Extra in [Sales types].

• Only [Optional Extra] or [Inclusive Extra] can be selected.
• [Room count per night]: When a guest makes a reservation, the specified inventory will automatically decrease.
• Be sure to enable [Publish to tripla Book].
• Once linked to a plan, the sales type cannot be changed from [Inclusive Extra].

Linking with Plans

You can add [Inclusive Extra] while creating a plan.

• Only active [Inclusive Extra] will be displayed.
• Be sure to set [Publish to tripla Book] and specify the sales type as [Extra Type].

Selected extras (up to 10) are included in the plan from the start, so guests do not need to reserve them separately.

If inventory management is applied to the selected extras, the inventory count will affect whether the plan can be sold on tripla Book.

• If inventory management is not applied, the inventory will be unlimited and unaffected by the plan’s inventory. In this case, automatic calculations will only apply to lodging tax or pricing plans under development.

About Reservations

• Extras will be added for the number of reservation days, excluding the checkout date.
  
• If even one of the added extras [Inclusive Extra] is out of stock, the plan will not appear in the search results.
• After selecting a plan, you can still add optional extras.

Notes

• [Inclusive Extras] are included in the plan from the start. Guests do not need to add these extras separately during the reservation process. The extra fees are included in the reservation price.
• Integration with site controllers applies only to optional extras. [Inclusive Extras] are integrated as part of the plan and can be identified by the plan name or plan code.
• The target users, cutoff times, sales periods, and cancellation policies for [Inclusive Extras] follow the settings of the plan itself.
• Additional questions for [Inclusive Extras] or selectable usage times cannot currently be configured on the Extras setting page. Instead, set them as additional questions in the plan settings.

If [Publish to tripla Book] is Turned OFF After Configuration

• For Plans with Inclusive Extras: The associated plans will no longer appear in tripla Book search results.
• For Optional Extras: The extras will not be displayed on the additional reservation page.
