Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Purpose:
This section explains how to set up custom terms and policies for guests to agree to,
in addition to tripla’s standard terms and conditions — such as the hotel’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Cookie Policy.

1. Where to set
- Setting page: Brand Management Screen
Action: 'Setting' → 'Booking Engine' → 'Terms and conditions'
2. How to set
Step 1 | Click the [Edit] button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2 | Turn on the [Active] button, a "Consent information" field will appear. |
Step 3 | A default message is pre-entered in the "Consent information" field.
If edits are required, update the text as needed. |
Step 4 | When "Cookie Consent" is turned [ON], a cookie consent message will be displayed on the Booking Widget.
Once the guest agrees, the consent is stored in a cookie, and the message will remain hidden until the cookie is deleted. |
