Conversion Tracking (Third-Party Tags)

Conversion Tracking (Third-Party Tags)

Idea
You can submit third-party tags such as user analysis tags or advertising conversion tags received from marketing companies, and have them triggered on the reservation confirmation page.
Info
To measure conversions from ads, conversion tags need to be set on the reservation completion page. The feature that allows embedding tags on this page is called Third-Party Tags.
By adding and saving your desired conversion tags in this Third-Party Tags section, the tags will fire only once when a customer completes a reservation, enabling conversion tracking.
However, conversion tags other than those from Google Analytics or Google Ads require IP communication settings to be configured by tripla.

Required Pre-settings

  1. tripla Book must be fully configured.
  2. The subdomain must be set up.

How to Set Conversion Tags (Third-Party Tags)

Open [Admin Settings] → [tripla Settings] in the property management screen.

Scroll down the page to display the Third-Party Tag Settings section.

When you turn this setting ON, a field for inserting third-party tags will appear.
By enabling this setting and adding JavaScript tags, you can configure triggers.
Alert
If you wish to enable this setting, configuration by our team is required.
Please contact us before proceeding.

Measuring Conversions with Google Analytics

When embedding advertising conversion tags, such as those from Facebook, GDN, YDN, or various DSPs,
please confirm with us in advance whether these tags are supported.
Once confirmed, add the conversion tags to the Third-Party Tags section to enable tracking.

To measure traffic sources, we recommend using either the "Source" field in Google Analytics’ secondary dimension feature,
or adding UTM parameters to external links to track campaign IDs for each advertisement.
(Please refer to Google Support for details on setting UTM codes.)

Please note that due to security settings on iOS and many browsers, Google services may be blocked,
so conversion tracking may not be 100% accurate.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.
