Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

You can request guests to agree to your hotel's own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, in addition to tripla's terms, at the time of booking.

Where to Configure

Brand Management Screen → Settings → Reservation Engine → Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Click the Edit button at the bottom of the screen and switch the toggle to Enabled.
This will display the text input fields.

Consent to Hotel Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

The “Consent Text” field contains default text. If necessary, modify the text to suit your hotel's policy, then click Save.

Consent to Cookie Usage

You can enable the cookie consent display by toggling the switch under Consent to Cookie Usage.

Once a guest gives their consent, it is stored in a cookie, and the consent banner will no longer appear until the cookie is deleted.

When set to ON, the consent message will be displayed as shown in the image below.
