Creating and Adding Day-Use Plans

Where to Set

Property Management Screen → Plan


Click the Add button to create a new plan.


The process for creating a day-use plan is the same as for stay plans.
For detailed instructions, please refer to the Stay Plan Manual [here].

How to Set Up a Day-Use Plan

On the plan creation screen, check the box for Day Use.

Warning
This feature is available with TL-Lincoln, but the Day Use switch on the plan creation screen is automatically set.
Since plans are imported automatically from TL-Lincoln, do not modify this setting on the tripla side.
WarningThere is no “Day Use” setting for Room type.
If you use a room type originally created for overnight stays, the day-use reservation will reduce the inventory for that day’s overnight stay.
To avoid this, create a dedicated room type for day use and assign separate inventory for it.

Displaying Day-Use Plans on the Stay Plan Search Screen (Booking Widget)

After saving the plan, turn on the display option for the Stay Plan Search Screen (Booking Widget).

Scroll to the bottom of the page and turn on the “Day-use plan switch".


Once enabled, the “Search for Day-Use Plans” switch will appear on the Stay Plan Search Screen (Booking Widget).




When guests turn it ON, only day-use plans will be shown in the search results.
