tripla Book can be integrated with Google Hotel Ads, a hotel search web advertising service provided by Google.

When travelers search for hotels on Google's search engine or Google Maps, it is possible to display the hotel’s own information (such as the latest prices and availability) alongside the OTA's pricing in the search results.  
This helps increase the direct booking rate for accommodations and maximize revenue.

Criteria for Displaying in Google Free Listings
1.The hotel must have a Google My Business account.
2.The JavaScript code must be installed on the official website of each facility.
3.Inventory and pricing must be set, and the facility should be in a bookable state.


Process to Get Started

  1. Once the setup is complete and **tripla Book** is active, **tripla** will fetch the facility's **ARI** (availability, rates, and inventory) and send it to Google. This will allow the hotel to be dynamically displayed to travelers when they search for hotels.  
    After the live launch, the display settings will be configured on **tripla's** side, so no individual settings are required in the management screen.

To use Google Hotel Ads, a Google My Business account is required.

Google My Business is essentially your business profile and acts as your ID card within the Google ecosystem.  
If you don't have a business profile, please visit [https://www.google.com/business/] to register for free.  
Once registered, your business will be displayed as shown below.

To be eligible for ads, your business must be classified under the hotel business category.

How long does it take until the service is fully operational?
After the launch of "tripla Book", it may take some time for the ads to appear on Google Search and Google Maps. Please note that this period may vary if any issues arise. We will contact you as necessary.

Is it possible to set the advertisement language to Japanese?
If there are two property names on your Google My Business page, with the primary name in English and the secondary name in Japanese, this issue may occur. Since the primary name takes priority, you can resolve this by correcting the property’s Google My Business page to Japanese.

What is the difference between the [Ads - Featured Options] section and the [All Options] section?
The [Ads - Featured Options] section is for paid ads on Google, while the [All Options] section does not require payment for ad display.
This requires a separate contract, so facilities interested should contact their sales representative. After determining the monthly budget, a hotel campaign will be created, and the bidding process will begin. Please note that when the hotel campaign is active, not only free ads but also paid ads may appear.

Why are ads not displayed on specific dates?
Hotel ads depend on various auction dynamics, and uncontrollable factors like competitors' bids, price accuracy scores, past performance, and price range may affect the performance of hotel ads on specific dates.

Why does the price sometimes show for one person instead of two?
For hotel categories such as "business hotel" or "capsule hotel", the price per person is displayed by default.
