You need to set up OTA price scraping before enabling the widget.

Display of the BRR Widget on Mobile Devices
The BRR widget is hidden when the user opens the room search modal on a mobile device.
The BRR widget follows the same display rules as the chatbot settings. Therefore, if the chatbot is not configured to appear on the mobile booking engine, the BRR widget will also remain hidden.

Where to Configure

Property Management Screen → Settings → Widget Settings → BRR Widget

Positioning

You can choose the position where the widget will appear: bottom left or bottom right. (Desktop only – no changes on mobile)

Message & Button

Clicking "Translate All Languages" will automatically translate the content into each tab's language.


Title

You can edit the title displayed at the top of the BRR widget.

If you check "The above automated message will not be displayed in the chatbot for this language," the speech bubble will not appear in that language.

If you enter Japanese text for all languages, the Japanese speech bubble will appear even in the English and Korean versions.


Appearance


Specify the widget color and text color.


Preview


You can preview the widget on both desktop and mobile.
Once editing is complete, click the Save button to save your changes.
Click the Enable button to turn it ON and display the widget.
