Recommender Widget

With this feature, AI recommendations allow you to display the most suitable room types for each user, tailored by plan.

Plans are displayed based on the lowest price over the past year.

If “Date Undecided” is enabled, the room availability search will be shown as “Date Undecided.”

Location for Settings

Property Management Screen → Settings → Widget Settings → Recommender Widget

Enable Button

Turning this ON activates the Recommender Widget. After completing all settings, please toggle the switch ON and save.

In addition to settings in the tripla management screen, embedding JavaScript code into your website is required to display the widget.

Please request this work from your website developer.

Positioning

If you want to display the Recommender Widget only on specific pages, select “Specific Pages” and set the conditions.

Specific Pages
When “Specific Pages” is selected, specify the “URL string to match,” then choose display options such as “Show/Hide,” “Pattern Match,” and “Position” to control where and when the widget appears.

	Show / Exclude You can choose whether to display or exclude the widget based on the specified conditions.
	URL String to Match Enter the URL string to display or exclude the widget.
	Pattern Match You can choose whether the entered URL string should match exactly, match the beginning (prefix), or be contained within the URL.
	Position You can select the display position from Center, Bottom, Top, or specify a CSS selector.
	Desktop Preview You can check the preview of how it will appear in a PC browser.
	Mobile Preview You can check the preview of how it will appear in a smartphone browser. Clicking will display a QR code. Scanning the QR code opens the property’s mobile website in preview mode.
	＋ Add Add a widget for show/exclude settings. Once added, you can delete it by clicking the trash can icon that appears.

All Pages

When “All Pages” is selected, the Recommender Widget will be displayed on every page of the website.
Only the display position can be selected in this case.

If you specify the position using a CSS selector, you will need to request assistance separately from your website developer.

You can customize the text and colors of the buttons in the Recommender Widget.

You can preview the changes before applying them to the live environment.
The preview is valid for 5 minutes only.
