Here is how to configure the chatbot to connect to a human operator:
You can set up the chatbot to automatically connect to an operator when a specific tripla FAQ is triggered.
After the connection to the operator is made, you can also configure it to send an automatic message.
Click on [Chat] → [Auto Messages] in order.
On the "Auto Messages" management screen, click the [Add New Auto Message] button at the top right.
Please enter the information according to the table below.
Message Channel
Select the leftmost option: [www]
If using on SNS platforms, also check the corresponding SNS.
Type
Select “Chat”
Title
Enter a title to be displayed in the management screen.
Auto Message Type
Select “Connect to an operator”
Enable Switch
Use this switch to turn the auto message on or off.
Item | Description |
Message | Enter the message to be displayed after connecting to an operator. |
FAQ code | Enter the FAQ code(s) for the questions and answers that should trigger a connection to an operator. Multiple FAQ codes can be specified. |
Display Timing | If you want to set a display period, please configure the period accordingly. |
