Default Search Condition Settings

You can configure the default settings for the search window that appears when a guest initiates a reservation search.
 You can also choose whether to display only available options or include those that are fully booked.

From the Property Management screen, go to [Reservation Engine Settings] → [Default Search Conditions].

You can modify the default search conditions that are applied when performing a reservation search.

Configuration Options

  • Check-in Date
     Set how many days after the current date the default check-in date should be.
     Note: Setting “0” means the check-in date will default to today.

  • Number of Adults
     Set the default number of adults to be shown in the reservation search.

  • Default Search Target
     Choose whether to display only rooms with availability or to include fully booked options in the search results.

For example, if today is April 1, 2021, the check-in date and other search conditions displayed to guests will reflect the settings you’ve configured accordingly.

Once you have completed the settings, click the [Save] button at the bottom left of the screen to register your changes.
