Modifying Guest Information on the Customer Screen
You can modify your guest information from the reservation confirmation email.
The following information can be updated: Name, Phone Number, Guest Name, and Address.
※Please note that changes to the check-in date or number of guests require a new reservation.
Open the URL provided in the reservation confirmation email.
Select 「Update Guest Information」
A screen like the one shown below will appear.
You can update the Name, Phone Number, and Guest Name.
After entering the information, click the 「Save」 button to register the changes.
