Integration with OpenAI

Info
Integration is only available with the paid version of OpenAI.
(An OpenAI API key contract is also required. For details, please contact OpenAI.)
Once integrated, you can use ChatGPT in tripla Bot and tripla Connect.
⏱Estimated time: approx. 10 minutes (if you already have an OpenAI account)

Alert
Using OpenAI incurs a fee.
We recommend setting usage limits to prevent high charges.
If your usage reaches the set limit within a month, ChatGPT functionality in chat can be suspended until the next month.

１． Create an Account

From the link below, create an OpenAI account:

Once the account is created, you will see a screen like the one shown below.


Click [Create new secret key] in the center of the screen, enter a name, and your API key will be generated.



２．Integration with tripla

Go to Brand Management Screen > Admin Settings, and open General Settings, then select [OpenAI].


Enter the API key you just created, and click Save.

That completes the integration.
