Setting Up Notifications

This feature allows you to display pre-notified information on the search results, customer information input screen, reservation completion screen, and reservation-related emails.
In the brand management screen, you can display this information collectively across multiple properties.

Idea
By utilizing the notification feature, you can, for example, increase membership registration rates by displaying member benefits or enhance the customer experience by showing coupon codes.

Location for Settings

The notification feature can be configured in both the brand management screen and the facility management screen.

It is displayed only at the top of the accommodation plan search screen (booking widget).

Brand Management Screen

Enabled Toggle, Title


When the enabled toggle is set to ON, the notice will be displayed on the customer-facing screen.

If left OFF and you click “Save” at the bottom of the screen, the content will be retained but not displayed.

The title is for management purposes only and will not be shown to customers.


Editing the Notice Content

You can format text in bold and add links. For more details about the editor, please refer here.


Display Conditions

Target Users

Checking “tripla Book” will display the notice on the official website’s accommodation plan search screen (booking widget).
Checking “tripla OTA” will display the notice on tripla ai (OTA).

Checking both options will display the notice in both locations mentioned above.
If you check "All Users," the notice will be shown to everyone who accesses the accommodation plan search screen (booking widget) on the official website.

Below, created membership programs such as Membership Program and Corporate Membership Program will be listed. Selecting one of these will display the notice only to the selected target group.
You can display the notice according to selected membership ranks or organizations.

You can select multiple display locations. The display targets for each location are as follows:

Search Results

If set in the brand management screen, the notice will be displayed at the top of the accommodation plan search screen (booking widget).

Target Properties

Select Properties

Selecting “All Properties” and saving will display the notice across all contracted properties linked to this brand management screen.
Selecting “Select Properties” will display a list of property names, allowing you to show the notice only on the chosen properties.

Status


When the status is set to ON, the notice will be displayed.
If left OFF and you click “Save” at the bottom, the content will be retained but not displayed.
The title is for management purposes only and will not be shown on the customer-facing screen.

Editing the Notice Content

Unlike the brand management screen, notices set in the facility management screen have a character limit of 100 characters.

The notice will be displayed above the plans on the accommodation plan search screen (booking widget) as a “Notice from the Property.”

Application Conditions

Target Users

Checking “tripla Book” will display the notice on the official website’s accommodation plan search screen (booking widget).
Checking “tripla OTA” will display the notice on tripla ai (OTA).
Checking both will display the notice in both locations mentioned above.

Target Plans

Checking “Select All Plans” will display the notice across all created plans.
Checking specific plans will display the notice only for the selected plans.

Notice Translation

The notice content can be set in five languages: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean.
Please enter the translated text for each language.
Once translations are entered, the notice will be displayed in the customer’s browser language based on their browser settings.
