You can set up recipients to receive notifications when accommodation reservations or cancellations occur, or when a reservation including an option is made.

WarningReservation emails for dynamic packages will not be forwarded.

Configuration Location

Property Management Screen → Settings → Email Settings → Email Notifications

Notification Email Recipients

Please add the email address(es) you wish to set as recipients for the notification emails.
You can add them using the “+” button on the far right.
To delete, click the trash can button.



Send Language

If you select “Reserver’s default language (Default setting),” the notification email will be sent in the language corresponding to the customer’s browser language.
If you select a specific language, the notification email will be sent in the specified language.

Notification trigger

You can select the types of events that will trigger notifications.
Warning
Notification trigger cannot be changed per email address.
New reservation:Notifies when the reservation is completed (confirmed).
Update reservation:Notifies when there is an update to the reservation.
Cancel reservation:Notifies when the reservation is canceled.
Notification before stayNotifies the day before the reservation date.
※ Email is sent at 10:00 AM (Japan time) on the day before the reservation.
New member registrationNotifies when a new member registers.
※ When “New member registration” is selected and saved, a notification email will be sent once a day with the number of registrations from the previous day.

Supplementary Note: Notification Email for New member registration
Regarding the sentence in the email content, "Please assign a Member ID to the newly registered member and add it to the specified CSV file format" —
This additional task is only necessary if you assign a Member ID separately.
If no ID is assigned, no additional action is required.


Extras notification recipients

Enter the email address(es) to be notified when a reservation includes an extras.

Notification trigger

New extra:Notifies when a new reservation includes an extra.
Update extra:Notifies when the option is updated during a reservation change.
Cancel extra:Notifies when the option is canceled or when an option-related reservation is canceled.
