You can view inquiries received via chatbot in a list format and download them as a CSV file.
Chat history is available for up to 4 weeks.
If you need to check inquiries older than 4 weeks, please contact our AI team through the inquiry form.

Where to Find It

Go to the Property Management Screen → Chat.

Clicking this will display the Chat List Page.




Search Box
You can search chats using free text keywords.
Mode Selector
Filter chats by conversation mode.

Status Selector
Filter chats by their current status.

Date Selector
Filter by specific dates or date ranges.

クリックすると、言語・コンシェルジュ・空・未読で抽出するフィルターを表示できます。
各フィルターを設定し、「適用」を押すと、設定したフィルターで抽出できます。
Language
Filter chats by language.

Concierge
Filter by individual staff members with access to the admin screen. Use this to review chats handled by specific operators.

Empty / Unread: Filter to show only empty or unread chats.
Hide Filters
Collapse the advanced filter section.
