A.If you enter the message in Japanese for all languages, the Japanese speech bubble will appear even in the English or Korean versions.
To hide the bubble in a specific language, turn on the setting “Do not display this language”
Q.I want to switch the chatbot to English.
A. The chatbot’s display language is automatically selected based on the browser’s language settings.
If you want the chatbot to appear in a language other than Japanese, please change your browser’s language setting.
(If the chatbot language does not change even after changing the browser language, try clearing the cache or using incognito mode.)
Also, make sure your desired language is enabled under [Admin Settings] > [Language Settings].

When accessing the page with this parameter, the chatbot will open automatically.
