How to Insert Images into Automatic Messages in the Chat
You can provide guidance to customers using photos, such as displaying an access map.

File Size: Up to 800×800 px, 20MB max
How to Set Up Images

Click [Chat] → [Automatic Messages].

Click [Add New Automatic Message] at the top right of the screen.

Fill in the fields according to the table below.

Item | Description |
---|
Message Channel | Select the leftmost web icon. |
If using SNS, check the corresponding SNS as well. | |
Type | Select “Chat” |
Title | Enter the title displayed on the management screen. |
This will not be shown to customers. | |
Automatic Message Type | Select “Image” |
Item | Description |
---|
Trigger | Select the timing when the image will be displayed in the chatbot |
Header Text Above Image | Enter the text you want displayed above the image |
Header Text Below Image | Enter the text you want displayed below the image |
Image URL | Set the link for the page to open when the image is clicked |
You can insert a URL to a page that shows access information or the URL of an image stored online to allow customers to view a larger version. | |
Image | Upload the image to be displayed in the chat |
Trigger | Select when to display the image |

Color | Set the chatbot background color and text color |
Display Timing | Specify a display period when needed |
