
You can configure the languages used across tripla services.

After turning languages ON/OFF or editing translations, be sure to click “Save” to apply the changes to the customer-facing screen.

Languages configured under Brand Management Screen > Admin Settings > Language Settings
will be applied across all tripla services as a common setting.
To display a language in the Property Management Screen, you must enable it in the Brand Management Screen.
Default Language
The default language in the Brand Management Screen and the Property Management Screen will always match.
Languages marked with the default icon cannot be turned OFF.
Reordering LanguagesIn the Brand Management Screen, you can change the display order of languages.
Drag and move the desired language to reorder it.
The language at the top will automatically become the main (default) language.
In the language settings screen on the property side, reordering is not possible.
You cannot change the display order of languages in the Property Management Screen for each property individually.
The display order set in the Brand Management Screen will also apply to the Property Management Screen.
Language Settings in the Property Management Screen
Under Property Management Screen > Settings > Language Settings, you can configure the languages displayed on the Book and Bot screens.
Language settings in the Property Management Screen are separated for Bot and Book. Languages turned ON here will be shown in the respective service’s management screens.
When a new language is enabled in the Brand Management Screen (in addition to existing ones), it will appear in the language tab of the Property Management Screen, allowing property managers to input translations for the newly added language.
For example, if Arabic, Thai, and Indonesian are added, they will appear in the management screen as shown below.
Until a new language is turned ON in the Property Management Screen, it will not be reflected on the booking widget (accommodation plan search screen).
This ensures that an incomplete translation will not be displayed to users on the booking screen.
When translating existing plans into newly added languages
When a new language is turned ON, only the language tab is added.
The room type name will be carried over in the default language, but the description field will remain blank.
By clicking “Translate from Main Language”, the room type name and description entered in the main language will be automatically translated.
