Inventory and Price Management

Here you can modify inventory, prices, and view the inventory and price information set by the site controller.
⏱Time required: None (about 15 minutes if you set it up in the tripla admin panel)

※When using Neppan/raku-2, only price (fee) management can be configured on the tripla administration screen.

Inventory settings must be done on the site controller side.

If you want to use the tripla administration screen for price (fee) management, please contact us separately.

For room plans accommodating 7 or more people on Neppan, the price for 7 or more people will appear on the tripla administration screen at the same rate as the price for 6 people set on Neppan.

*If the rate for 7 or more people is different from the rate for 6 people, you must set it on the tripla administration screen.

Recommended Rate Setting:

If the rate for 6 or more people is the same: Set the rate on Neppan.

If the rate for 6 or more people varies: Set the rates on the tripla administration screen.

Room Type and Plan Inventory - Price control

Click "Rooms List" to see inventory and sales status for each plan in every room.

Click "Plans List" to view inventory and sales status for each room in every plan.

Clicking on a price displays the price.

Admin panel	Purpose
	Use search to find information by room or plan name.
	Display a calendar to search by date (up to 10 years in the future).
	View registered room types or plan names by selecting checkboxes.
	Use search to find information by room or plan name.
	Click to remove the search filter applied by room or plan name.
Click to open a pop-up window.	You can download room rates for up to 3 months in advance. Open a pop-up window, select a start date and data period, and click "Export." An email will be sent with a link to download the data in Excel format. Fill in only the fields marked in pink for editing. Upload the updated file, and confirm success through the email link. Download the data from the link and you will see the details in an Excel file.
Clicking on the file will open a pop-up window.	You can edit the downloaded file and upload the data. The BOM file can also be used. Columns A-I Please fill in only the fields marked in pink. After uploading, an email similar to the image below will be sent to the email address used for login. Please follow the link to confirm that the upload was successful.

Bulk Update

You can perform bulk updates by checking the ☑ box displayed to the left of the room name or plan name.

Settings can be configured for both new registrations and modifications.

Bulk Inventory Update

From the dropdown menu displayed next to "Update" choose the inventory to update.

The target period can be set for up to 10 years in the future.

Check the boxes for the days of the week you wish to input inventory for, and then enter the inventory number. Checking "Select All" will select all days of the week.

Set the sales status to "Open," and click "Apply" to complete the bulk inventory update.

Bulk Price Update

From the dropdown menu displayed next to "Update," choose the price to update.

The target period can be set for up to 10 years in the future.

Check the boxes for the days of the week you wish to input prices for, and enter the price per person.

The price input screen varies depending on whether the charge is room-based or per-person-based.

Enter the appropriate amount for each setting:

・Use "Change price to" to enter specific amounts for each condition.

・Use "Adjusting original price by" to increase the original price by a specified percentage or amount.

Discounts cannot be applied in bulk.

Click "Apply" to complete the bulk price update.

＜For Per-Person Charges＞

Set the price per person.

Ex.）If the pricing is as follows:

1 guest: ¥30,000, 2 guests: ¥40,000, 3 guests: ¥45,000

Adult 1: ¥30,000

Adult 2: ¥20,000 each (¥20,000 × 2 guests = ¥40,000)

Adult 3: ¥15,000 each (¥15,000 × 3 guests = ¥45,000)
