Corporate (Organization) Feature Settings
Here is how to register a corporate organization:
From the Brand Management screen, go to [Reservation Engine Settings] → [Organization].
Please configure the settings as shown below.

Maximum Stay Duration | When this feature is turned ON, you can set a maximum number of stay days per organization. ※ There is no upper limit to the maximum stay duration. ※ The maximum stay setting becomes available from 10:00 AM the day after enabling the feature and creating the organization. | ||
Start Date | The maximum stay limit is managed by fiscal year. Set the start date that serves as the basis for the fiscal year. ※ Only one start date can be set per brand. | ||
Forced Logout Setting | Automatically logs the user out after a specified period of inactivity. | ||
| Specify the duration (in one-hour increments) until forced logout occurs. |
Organization Information Integration Settings
For TL-Lincoln and RAKUTSU systems, it is possible to link the organization name to the “Company/Group Name” field in the reservation data.
By default, [Do not link] is selected.
(Even if not linked, the organization name will still appear in the remarks section.)
If you choose to link the data, the following options are available:

All corporate reservations

Only postpaid reservations
In either case, you will need a corporate code set in the PMS.
You must add this code using [Additional Fields], and associate it with the field that represents the corporate code.
Note: This feature may not be supported by all PMS systems.
