Email Notification Setting
Purpose:
This section explains how to configure the notification recipient for the property when a reservation, cancellation, or a booking with options is made.

1. Where to set
- Setting page: Property Management Screen
- Action: 'Settings' → 'Booking Engine' → 'Email Settings' → 'Email Notifications'
2. Recipients (Required)
- Click [+] button on the right side to add a new notification email recipient.
- Click [Trash can] icon to delete email recipient.
3. Send Language (Required)
Choose language for notification email.
1. Reserver’s default language (Default setting)
| The notification email will be sent in the language that matches the customer’s browser language.

| 2. Other languages | If a specific language is selected, the notification email will be sent in the selected language. |

4. Notification Trigger (Required)
Select the types of events that will trigger notification emails.
| 1. New reservation | Notification triggered when reservation is complete (confirmed). |
| 2. Update reservation | Notification triggered when reservation has been updated. |
| 3. Cancel reservation | Notification triggered when reservation is cancelled. |
| 4. Notification before stay | Notification triggered a day before check-in date.
*Email will be sent at 10:00 JST on a day before check-in.

| 5. New member registration | Notification triggered when a new member registered.
*Notification will be sent once a day with the number of registration |

Note about Notification Email for New member registration:
In the Email content of "New Member Registration", there sentence.
"Please assign a Member ID to the newly registered member and add it to the specified CSV file format"
If the member ID is not assign manually, no action is required.
Enter the recipient email address that will receive a notification when a new reservation including extras is created.
- Click [+] to add new email address.
- Click [Trash Can] icon to delete the email address.
5.1 Send Language
Select the language for the Extra Notification.
5.2 Notification trigger
| 1. New extra | Notification triggered when reservation include an extra is complete. |
| 2. Update extra | Notification triggered when extra is updated during a reservation change. |
| 3. Cancel reservation | Notification triggered when reservation include an extra is cancelled. |
