Purpose
Address, latitude, longitude, and other facility information can be managed in both Book and Bot.
*These details are generally registered by tripla, and no action is required from the facility side, including at the time of launch.

2. Name and Address

1. Name of Property
Enter the property name.(This is usually registered by tripla)

5. Country
Select country where the property is located
6. Postal Code
Enter the facility’s postal code.
7. Area
Set this only if there is a brand account.
8. State/Province
Enter the prefecture where the facility is located.
9. City
Enter the city/ward/town/village where the facility is located. 
10. Timezone
When a country is selected, related fields such as time zone are filled in automatically.

*Although the values can be changed manually, changing the time zone
 may cause system issues.
11. Longitude & Latitude

When an address is entered, latitude and longitude are automatically displayed.

If latitude and longitude are not displayed even after saving, enter them manually.

*When latitude and longitude values are already set, automatic input will not work. If the address is updated, delete the existing latitude and longitude values, then save
again.


3. Contact Information

Contact details such as phone number and email address can be entered.

2. Reservation and inquiriesEnter phone number used for reservation and inquires
3. EmailEnter email address

4. Website

Enter the URL that leads to the property's homepage.


5. Photos

Register a photo to be displayed when selecting a facility in the chatbot or when showing nearby facilities.
*The recommended image ratio is
1:2 (vertical: horizontal).
