When this setting is enabled from the property display settings, if there is no availability for the dates the guest is searching, up to three nearby group properties will be shown to guide the guest to alternative options.

With this setting active, if the currently searched hotel has no availability, the system will display availability from the designated Suggested Properties using the same search criteria.

Alert

Based on the latitude and longitude set in the Property Information screen, group properties located within a 50 km radius will be displayed.


How to Set It Up

From the Brand Management screen, go to [Settings] → [Reservation Engine Settings] → [Suggested Properties].


Turn on the Enable flag, select the target hotels, and click Save.

You can uncheck hotels that are still under preparation to hide them from being displayed.

If a property is selected as a suggested property and the setting is turned ON before its setup is complete, an error may occur when performing a group property search.
Please make sure to turn on the **Enable** flag only after the property setup has been completed.

Settings from the Property Management Screen

From the Property Management screen, go to [Administrator Settings] → [Property Information].


Make sure that the correct latitude and longitude information is entered for the property.

Note: If the latitude and longitude fields are left blank, the property will appear at the bottom of the suggested properties list.

Please register a photo under the [Photos] section.

Note: If no photo is registered, the property will appear as a blank (white) image.
